About the role

Migration Factory CoE at Salesforce builds AI-ready unified customer data foundations across multiple cloud tracks. The Technical Architect designs end-to-end Data Cloud architecture, leads data readiness assessments, and creates migration accelerators while collaborating with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, ITSM, and Tableau teams. Bangalore and Hyderabad, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design cross‑track Data Cloud architecture and data streams
• Lead data readiness assessments for migration waves
• Own data migration methodology, ETL pipelines, and cutover planning
• Architect consent and compliance migration frameworks
• Build migration accelerators and reusable templates
• Develop Apex batch jobs and LWC dashboards for validation
• Collaborate with track architects to integrate Data Cloud solutions
• Advise client CDOs and data engineering leads on AI‑ready data design

What you’ll bring

• 8-14 years data architecture and engineering experience
• 5+ years Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
• 4+ years enterprise data migration leadership
• Hands-on with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue
• Design identity resolution and consent data architectures
• Develop Apex, LWC, and API integrations for migration
• Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect
• Agentforce Specialist certification
