Founder's Office at Weekday, an AI-native recruiting platform, drives the day-to-day operations that keep the startup running smoothly. The intern owns end‑to‑end operational tasks, chases information, vendors and candidates, builds and improves internal processes, and tracks key metrics to flag issues early. Remote or Bengaluru, hybrid schedule with Monday‑Saturday pace, direct exposure to founders and a potential PPO after six months.
