What you’ll do
- Support central BLAFC KYC team with MI data analysis and capacity planning
- Drive strategic insights for senior leaders
- Manage global AFC capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Monitor daily ageing of risk assessments
- Coordinate timely reporting deliverables
- Execute adhoc tasks with precision
- Maintain documentation and training materials
- Build strong communication channels across teams
What you’ll bring
- MBA from top-tier institute
- 1-3 years experience in AML-KYC or senior management support
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience in data analysis and MI reporting
- Stakeholder management across regions
- Knowledge of KYC processes and AFC policy frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel VBA and MS Access
- Excellent communication skills
