About the role

PwC’s business application consulting team seeks a Senior Associate with expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft to deliver integrated solutions for clients. The role involves collaborating with MuleSoft architects and cross‑functional IT teams to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Responsibilities include implementing data transformations with DataWeave, creating and maintaining API specifications (RAML/OAS), ensuring API security (OAuth, policies), troubleshooting integration issues, and documenting technical solutions. Candidates must be proficient in MuleSoft Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and hold an MCD‑L1 certification. Preferred experience includes CICD pipeline setup, SQL/NoSQL databases, JMS/Kafka messaging, advanced API security, infrastructure and networking concepts, and other integration platforms. The position requires 4‑8 years of experience, a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, and strong communication skills. What you’ll do

• Collaborate with MuleSoft Architects and other IT teams to design and implement integrated solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Implement data transformations & orchestration using DataWeave & Mule flows.
• Design & maintain API specs using RAML/OAS.
• Implement API security (oAuth, policies).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications.
• Monitor & optimize APIs.

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, Runtime manager, API manager) for designing, building, and managing APIs and integrations
• MCD-L1 certificate.
• Expertise in DataWeave for data transformation and mapping.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with managing APIs across environments (MuleSoft CloudHub, on-premise, hybrid, RTF (self or Mule-mananged), CloudHub 2.0) for development and deployment.
• Solid understanding of JSON & XML.
• Strong communication skills

• Experience with setting up & troubleshoot CICD pipelines.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) & messaging (JMS/Kafka).
