Senior Lead Product Analyst

About the role

Lokal, a house of focused apps connecting Tier-2/3 India to knowledge and opportunities, seeks a Senior/Lead Product Analyst. You will drive data-backed product decisions by defining metrics, analyzing user behavior, and evaluating feature performance alongside Product and Engineering teams. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives to influence product strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and evaluate performance
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention
• Evaluate feature performance using A/B testing and multivariate experimentation
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights through reports and dashboards
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture
• Maintain thorough documentation of analytical processes and methodologies

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics
• At least 1.5+ years in Product Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL including CTEs and joins
• Experience with data transformations and product metrics
• Strong skills in user behavior analysis and cohort analysis
• Ability to design and implement scalable analytical frameworks
