About the role
Principal Architect - Networking responsible for troubleshooting complex networking and security solutions across multiple OEMs, designing secure systems, consulting with clients, and providing training. Leads technical problem resolution, collaborates with account managers for upsell opportunities, and drives continuous improvement of service delivery.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot complex networking and security technologies
- Design and configure secure systems
- Consult with customers on high-difficulty issues
- Maintain accurate issue list
- Provide systems administration training
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with account managers for cross‑selling
- Improve service delivery operations
- Analyze and resolve escalated technical problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field
- 12+ years experience in deployment/support engineering
Nice to have
- CCIE, JNCIE, Palo Alto, Fortinet certifications
- Experience with Ansible, Python, Saltstack, Terraform
Skills
