What you’ll do

Originate, execute, and manage equity/debt transactions
Conduct industry and company research to support deal execution
Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos
Lead due diligence processes with legal, tax, and regulatory teams
Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
Provide strategic advice on capital/debt raising and M&A opportunities
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments
Mentor and guide junior team members
