What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of advisors and dealers
- Monitor performance, revenue, and cross‑sales targets
- Advise premium clients on equity and derivatives markets
- Develop and activate client portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, and insurance
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct client profiling and financial requirement analysis
- Train and develop existing advisory staff
- Drive revenue growth through cross‑selling initiatives
