Regional Marketing Portfolio and Planning Manager
About the role
FMC Corporation seeks a Regional Marketing Portfolio and Planning Manager for Asia Pacific to drive portfolio growth and evolution across the region. Day-to-day, you will shape asset-specific portfolio strategies, lead new product introductions from FMC's technology pipeline, manage post-patent strategies, optimize financial performance, and spearhead marketing planning initiatives. You will collaborate with FMC teams, external partners, and stakeholders across global, regional, and country levels. This is a hybrid role with locations across APAC including Mumbai, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Pakistan, Shanghai, Indonesia, and Thailand.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute asset-specific portfolio strategies including new offers, segmented value propositions, brand ladders, and innovation initiatives
- Lead commercialization of FMC technology pipeline by launching innovative products and formulations through cross-functional NPI delivery
- Progress post-patent strategy of relevant AIs considering competitive scenario, product life-cycle management, and FMC growth goals
- Drive financial performance of portfolio including pricing, profitability, and P&L implications
- Generate market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry analytics; serve as focal point for market research activities
- Support key marketing initiatives including long-range plans, strategy development, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with FMC teams, external partners, and stakeholders across global, regional, and country levels
- Influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA advantageous
- 10-15 years experience in crop protection industry across marketing and commercial functions
- Regional portfolio management experience across Asia Pacific
- Country-level commercial or marketing leadership experience
- Proven expertise in portfolio planning, new product introductions, post-patent strategies, and brand management
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills across diverse teams and regions
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA holder will be an added advantage.
