Senior ELV Engineer, Facilities Operations

About the role
Facilities Operations at Micron Technology ensures reliable ELV infrastructure supporting critical manufacturing. The Senior ELV Engineer designs, maintains and troubleshoots ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, BMS and fiber networks, driving preventive maintenance and rapid incident response. Based in Sanand, Gujarat, India, this role is on-site, collaborating with facilities, security and IT teams to sustain high‑availability operations.
What you’ll do
- Operate and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, structured cabling and BMS
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Monitor system health, perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Respond to ELV alarms, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
- Coordinate with OEMs, integrators and service providers for issue resolution
- Support commissioning, expansion and modification projects
- Manage vendor contracts and contractor activities
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Nice to have
- 8-12 years experience in ELV systems operation & maintenance
- Experience in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical or industrial facilities
- Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, BMS, SCADA
