About the role
Global Program Management Office (PMO) at Lonza drives strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation across finance and supply chain functions. The Project Manager partners with the Europe PMO Lead to execute day‑to‑day PMO operations, coordinate planning, track risks, and ensure governance and reporting excellence. Hyderabad, India, hybrid role with two days remote per week, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Drive and execute daily PMO operations
- Coordinate integrated planning activities
- Track risks, issues, actions and dependencies
- Maintain high‑quality governance, planning and reporting
- Support governance forums and program standards
- Ensure accurate program documentation
- Establish consistency and execution discipline across workstreams
- Prepare program management reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Implement best practices
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years relevant experience
- International organization experience across EMEA and US
- Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA ERP exposure
- Finance and supply chain process knowledge
- Master and transactional data concepts
- Pharma industry familiarity
- Proficiency with JIRA, Copilot, MS Project
