Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager, Product Quality (Hydraulic Product)

About the role

Product Quality team at Bosch Rexroth India ensures hydraulic systems meet the highest standards. The role drives corrective actions, conducts VDA and ISO 9001 audits, and leads customer complaint resolution through systematic problem solving. Based in Ahmedabad with on-site work model, the position offers exposure to global engineering standards and cross‑functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Lead product quality for pumps, valves, power units, and cylinders
• Manage customer complaints and drive closure via systematic problem solving
• Coordinate internal/external quality topics with cross‑functional teams
• Moderate manufacturing quality and verify corrective action effectiveness
• Conduct VDA and ISO 9001 process and system audits
• Represent Ahmedabad plant in meetings with Germany team
• Prepare PPAP/ISIR submissions and quality reports
• Coach quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, APQP

What you’ll bring

• B.E Mechanical
• 8-10 years experience in hydraulic product quality
• Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC
• Experience with customer audit handling
• Certified auditor for QMS
