About the role
Entra Apps Factory at Kyndryl runs a 24x7 shift model to migrate enterprise applications between Microsoft Entra tenants. The Senior Technical Consultant – Shift Lead leads on‑shift delivery, executes runbooks, triages access failures, and ensures evidence capture for audit. Bangalore, India, hybrid (3‑day onsite) with additional locations in Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Greater Noida.
What you’ll do
- Lead execution of Entra Apps migration/remediation runbooks during shift
- Own triage for application access failures post‑tenant transition
- Coordinate recreation and validation of enterprise apps in target tenant
- Maintain shift backlog and prioritize by business criticality
- Drive evidence capture and ensure operational handovers
- Coordinate with Devices/Shared Data/Power Platform teams
What you’ll bring
- Delivered production tenant‑to‑tenant Entra Apps remediation
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID application constructs
- Experience with secrets/certificates lifecycle and rotation
- Experience with conditional access and cross‑tenant access settings
- Proven runbook discipline and evidence capture practice
- Ability to lead delivery in a 24x7 three‑shift model
