About the role

Academics Department at Oakridge International School supports early childhood education by fostering a nurturing, play‑based learning environment. The Co‑Teacher assists the lead teacher with lesson implementation, classroom management, and individualized support for young learners. Hyderabad, India, on‑site (full‑time).

What you’ll do

• Assist lead teacher with classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Support children through play‑based and interactive learning
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom environment
• Manage classroom routines, materials, and learning resources
• Encourage positive behavior and address basic needs
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth classroom operations

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred

Nice to have

1–3 years experience with young children or preschool
