About the role

Gartner IT seeks a Software Engineer to build creative digital solutions supporting colleagues and clients. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing Salesforce applications while collaborating on architecture and technical designs. This hybrid position is based in Gurgaon.

What you’ll do

• Designing, implementing, unit/integration testing and supporting Salesforce applications and services
• Contributing to the review and analysis of business requirements
• Collaborating on architecture and technical design discussions
• Performing code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications
• Documenting and reviewing detailed design

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years’ experience with Salesforce Force.com/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
• Minimum 2 years UI development using Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
• Experience developing on Salesforce platform using Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Batch & Asynchronous processes
• Proficiency with SOSL and SOQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team in an AGILE-SCRUM environment
