Growth Team at Headout drives GMV and revenue expansion across key markets. The Senior Associate, Business Growth analyzes data, runs A/B tests, and builds strategic partnerships to unlock new growth avenues. Bengaluru, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
• Design and execute A/B experiments
• Conduct consumer research to uncover pain points
• Develop and manage strategic supply partnerships
• Own zero‑to‑one growth projects from ideation to scale
• Create systems and dashboards to track growth metrics

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years growth or category management experience
• B2C high‑growth e‑commerce or hyperlocal background
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization
• Self‑starter with owner mentality

Nice to have

• Experience running A/B tests
• Ability to build dashboards and define metrics
• Strong consumer research skills
• Partnership development experience
