About the role
Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited's Customer Support-Service division in Pune, India, seeks a Sr.Officer/Engineer (Grade 61) to manage tendering, cost estimation, and order execution for spares, O&M, and service contracts. Day-to-day work includes preparing and submitting tender documents and offers per RFQ, maintaining offer and tender track records, following up with clients to convert enquiries into orders, and building domestic and international cost sheets that account for customs, taxes, freight, and INCOTERMS. The role also covers CTC and minimum-wage calculations for manpower, monthly MRM reporting using advanced Excel, and coordinating order transfer meetings, purchase requisitions, and material dispatch through Oracle/SAP. This is an onsite position requiring 4.00 to 10.00 years of experience.
What you’ll do
- Prepare offers as per RFQ for O&M, service, and spares, and prepare and submit tender documents for spares and O&M services
- Maintain track records for submitted offers and tenders, and follow up with clients to convert enquiries into orders
- Apply knowledge of GCC, BEC, and SCC tender clauses to prepare deviation lists
- Prepare tender forms and formats for submission of tenders
- Prepare cost sheets for AMC and comprehensive operation & maintenance service contracts
- Prepare international and domestic cost sheets for spare parts, including custom duty structure, refundable/nonrefundable taxes, and air/sea freight calculations based on consignment weight
- Prepare and submit offers to clients based on INCOTERMS
- Conduct order transfer meetings, release sales orders, raise PRs for POs with suppliers, coordinate POs with procurement, and manage GRR and material dispatch to clients
What you’ll bring
- Good command on advanced Excel
