About the role

Industry Consulting team at Accenture helps utilities clients transform asset management through SAP S/4HANA PM solutions. The manager leads design, customization, and integration of maintenance planning, work order and asset lifecycle processes, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and global delivery teams. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA PM
• Design and optimize SAP PM modules for maintenance planning, work order and asset management
• Analyze and improve existing maintenance processes aligning with SAP capabilities
• Integrate PM processes with procurement, finance, logistics and other SAP modules
• Lead solution definition for complex projects and contribute to program roadmaps
• Identify business opportunities and grow client relationships
• Provide insights and recommendations based on robust analysis of system integration projects
• Manage program delivery of digitally enabled solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years enterprise asset management experience in utilities
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA PM implementation, including end‑to‑end project delivery
• MBA (Tier 1) or equivalent with utilities industry accreditation
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration, customization and integration with other modules
• Experience with asset hierarchy, analytics, predictive maintenance and reliability‑centered maintenance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project management experience handling large, complex programs
• Ability to lead global distributed teams
