About the role
Marketing Project Management team at Epicor drives cross‑functional marketing initiatives across SEO, digital, creative, web and content. The Senior Marketing Project Manager plans, executes and delivers projects, coordinating global India‑based delivery teams with North America stakeholders, managing risks, timelines and documentation. Role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model, supporting AI‑enabled workflow automation and process improvements.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross‑functional marketing projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and risk registers
- Facilitate meetings, documentation and status reporting for global teams
- Coordinate work across SEO, digital, creative, web and content teams
- Drive adoption of AI‑powered workflow automation tools
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years project management experience in marketing or digital domains
- Experience managing multiple concurrent cross‑functional projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments
- Familiarity with workflow automation and AI‑enabled productivity tools
- PMP or equivalent certification
