About the role

Digital Experience (DX) team at Infosys helps clients modernize business processes with Dynamics 365 and Azure AI services. The consultant works on problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, POC creation, and deployment, translating business needs into functional specifications and configurations. Bangalore office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Aid consulting team across project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and solution design
• Research alternatives, conduct literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and build proof‑of‑concepts
• Create requirement specifications, define to‑be processes, and produce detailed functional designs
• Configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify alternative solutions
• Contribute to unit‑level initiatives delivering high‑quality value‑adding solutions
