Technical Manager

About the role

Brightstone is redefining residential property management across India by enhancing resident satisfaction and property value. As Technical Manager in Gurugram, you will oversee daily site operations, including MEP systems, safety protocols, and vendor management. This on-site role requires managing technical services, budgets, and staff to ensure seamless living experiences for housing societies.

What you’ll do

• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP, and critical utilities
• Manage documentation of assets, defect liability, and AMC/CAMC trackers
• Hire, train, and develop shift engineers and maintenance staff
• Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs & KPIs for service delivery
• Conduct risk/root-cause analysis and create corrective action plans
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and engineers for operational efficiency

What you’ll bring

• Experience in managing building systems including fire/life safety and MEP
• Knowledge of asset tracking, defect liability periods, and AMC/CAMC
• Ability to formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs/KPIs
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff
