What you’ll do
- Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow IRM solutions
- Define project milestones and drive delivery with partners
- Monitor issue resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Infosec and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct code reviews and manage change processes
- Oversee delivery schedule, project monitoring, and status reporting
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for solution delivery
- Test new builds across scenarios
What you’ll bring
- BTech or MCA
- CSA certified
Nice to have
- 6-9 years ServiceNow experience
- 2+ ServiceNow TPRM/ORM GRC implementations
- 3+ years custom development
- Java/J2EE/Python/JavaScript
