Network Security Engineer II

About the role

Manhattan Associates, a supply chain commerce technology leader, seeks a Network Security Engineer II to secure on-premises and cloud environments in Bangalore. The role involves operational security engineering, incident response, and managing Cisco security technologies like firewalls and ISE. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you’ll do

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events, alerts, and operational incidents
• Support and troubleshoot network security services including VPNs, firewall policies, and access control
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco security technologies like ISE and firewalls
• Assist with reviewing infrastructure changes for security risk and maintaining secure configurations
• Support certificate, secret, and identity-integrated security processes across enterprise platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation and incident records within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with Tier 1/3 security teams and other departments to resolve issues
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and security posture

What you’ll bring

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering or operations
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud security or networking concepts
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, and core network security principles
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with IPsec VPN and remote access VPN technologies
• Experience working with Cisco security technologies such as ISE, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN

Nice to have

• Experience with network or security automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud security integrations and identity-dependent security services
• Cisco security or networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Security, or equivalent
