About the role

Global Delivery Services (GDS) team at EY enables seamless client support through high‑skill, innovative services. The Senior Temenos Data Migration Developer leads end‑to‑end migration strategy for Private Wealth Core projects, designing ETL processes, building migration scripts, and ensuring data integrity across Oracle, DB2, Postgres and other databases. Works on‑site in Chennai, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver migration milestones and mentor large migration teams.

What you’ll do

• Define and oversee migration approach including ETL, profiling and reconciliation
• Guide technical design of Temenos architecture and data structures
• Supervise development using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB and ETL tools
• Manage database performance across Oracle, DB2, Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL
• Prepare migration documentation and governance artifacts
• Engage clients to gather requirements and provide status updates
• Mentor and train team members on migration best practices
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years data migration experience
• Expertise in Temenos T24/Private Wealth Core
• Proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica, DMX)
• Strong SQL/PL‑SQL and database performance tuning
• Leadership of large migration teams
• Client‑facing stakeholder management
• Project planning and resource allocation
• MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent

Skills
