About the role

Automotive Team at NVIDIA develops safe, secure, high‑performance software for the DRIVE platform powering autonomous vehicles. The Senior Software Engineer designs ISO26262 and ISO21434 compliant system software, leads bring‑up of next‑gen Tegra SOC hardware, and architects scalable OS solutions across the DRIVE stack. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune – On-site, hybrid schedule possible.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop safety‑critical and security‑compliant system software for NVIDIA DRIVE
• Perform development and bring‑up activities for next‑generation Tegra SOC hardware
• Architect unified, scalable software across multiple OS flavours on the DRIVE platform
• Solve complex issues across the large DRIVE software stack

What you’ll bring

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years embedded systems software design and development
• Experience with QNX or Linux
• Bootloader, RTOS, or pre‑silicon bring‑up expertise
• Strong Python, C, C++ programming and debugging
