About the role
Cloud Engineering team at Synechron builds and operates scalable cloud platforms on GCP and multi‑cloud environments. The GCP DevOps Engineer designs infrastructure, creates Terraform code, and maintains CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with development, QA, data and security teams. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work required. The role offers mentorship opportunities and focuses on automation, reliability and cost optimization.
What you’ll do
- Design and operate scalable GCP and multi‑cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate provisioning and configuration
- Collaborate with development, QA, data, and security teams
- Monitor performance, reliability and cost
- Define and enforce cloud security controls
- Develop runbooks and architecture documentation
- Mentor junior engineers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years cloud DevOps experience
- GCP infrastructure design
- Terraform IaC

- Docker & Kubernetes
- Python or Bash scripting
