Bengaluru or Hyderabad office, on‑site work model, hybrid flexibility available.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications
• Build and optimize high‑performance RESTful APIs
• Integrate Kafka for event‑driven architectures
• Implement CI/CD workflows using Jenkins
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
• Drive Agile delivery and sprint planning

• 8+ years software development
• 3+ years technical lead experience
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices expertise
• REST API design and implementation
• Kafka event‑driven integration
