About the role
Finance Shared Services team at Accenture delivers end-to-end accounting and reporting across global clients. The Treasury and Risk Analyst performs month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entry processing, and audit support while collaborating with Finance Business Partners, FP&A, and Treasury. Gurugram, on‑site, Full‑time role with opportunity to work on automation and process transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Execute month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close activities
- Prepare and validate journal entries, accruals, and allocations
- Own balance‑sheet account reconciliations and resolve aging items
- Support internal and external audit schedules and queries
- Provide variance analysis and commentary for financial statements
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years R2R/General Ledger experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or actively studying
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Anaplan)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of month‑end close, accruals, balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Exposure to SOX/internal audit controls
