About the role

SAP COE Quote to Cash team ensures stable, efficient, and compliant end‑to‑end logistics within the Quote to Cash lifecycle by providing Application Management Services for third‑party logistics. The expert delivers L2/L3 support, manages incidents, problems and changes, and oversees integrations with 3PL providers while coordinating with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, Transportation and IT. Bengaluru, KA, India, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Q2C logistics processes
• Handle incident, problem, and change management ensuring SLA adherence
• Support and monitor integrations with 3PL providers
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams
• Collaborate with external 3PL partners
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs
• Support project‑related activities and global rollouts
