Director, Global HR Consultant Lead

About the role

JLL Global Business Services (JBS) drives consistent, high‑quality HR outcomes at scale across JLL. As Director, Global HR Consultant Lead you will coach and develop a global pool of HR consultants, triage and assign work, and continuously improve operating models to accelerate program delivery. Lead the team from Gurugram, HR, on‑site with a hybrid cadence as needed.

What you’ll do

• Coach and develop HR consultants, set performance expectations
• Triaging, assigning and managing workload for HR program requests
• Run team sprint cadence: planning, check‑ins, retrospectives
• Track and report team capacity, performance metrics
• Handle escalations and complex employee relations cases
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs on program execution
• Maintain and improve process templates, playbooks and tools
• Share execution intelligence with broader HR community

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years progressive HR experience
• 4+ years people management
• Experience in global shared services or BPO
• Managed global HR teams across India, Philippines, China, Poland, Costa Rica
• Led large‑scale global HR projects
• Drove transformational change programs

Nice to have

• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
• SHRM‑CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Familiarity with Workday HRIS
