Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead warehouse operations across multiple locations in India. The role involves overseeing full shift operations, manpower planning, and all warehouse functions including inbound, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory management. The candidate will manage a team of over 150 staff, ensure loss control, maintain hygiene standards, and drive productivity improvements. Responsibilities include vehicle unloading, reporting, P&L management, customer relationship handling, and escalation management. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Coordinate manpower scheduling and workload distribution.
• Ensure accurate vehicle unloading and shipment reporting.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs and productivity.
• Manage customer escalations and maintain service levels.
