About the role
Speechify’s Windows Desktop Engineering team builds the native Windows app that turns PDFs, books, and web pages into audio for millions of users. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and development of the Windows App SDK/WinUI application, enforce best‑practice coding, and drive accessibility and performance across Windows 10/11+. You’ll collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, roadmap, and release pipelines, while mentoring peers and ensuring high‑quality, reliable releases.
