About the role

Shared Services Centre at EnerMech focuses on delivering integrated procurement solutions across energy projects. The Senior Procurement Coordinator manages core Procure-to-Pay activities, supports KPI tracking, ticket resolution, and guides junior staff to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, On-site, full-time role.

What you’ll do

Create and amend purchase orders
Post goods receipt notes and support invoice processing
Track procurement activities and aging items
Monitor and report on procurement KPIs
Handle Freshservice tickets and stakeholder follow‑up
Conduct periodic sample checks for compliance
Guide junior team members
Maintain SOPs and process documentation

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Experience in procurement coordination or shared services
Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems
Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
International exposure
