About the role

GE BE Private Ltd Engineering Trainee Program develops future engineers through a structured training curriculum that spans multiple departments. The trainee assists senior engineers with project planning, research, technical reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration while learning company policies and safety standards. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through on‑the‑job training
