About the role

Quest Global Engineering Services team designs and validates renewable power plant grid integration. The Senior Power Systems Engineer conducts electrical studies for solar, wind and storage plants, prepares technical reports, and automates analysis using Python and industry tools. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Perform steady‑state and dynamic grid studies for solar, wind and storage plants
Ensure designs meet grid code and TSO/DNO requirements
Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders
Automate recurring analytical tasks with Python scripts
Develop and maintain national network models
Analyze grid congestion using public data

What you’ll bring

Degree in electrical engineering (power systems focus) or equivalent
Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in power systems or related field preferred
Renewable energy qualification (e.g., PV) preferred

Nice to have

10+ years experience with European grid code compliance
Experience with DNO/TSO or power systems consultancies in Europe
Proven track record using DIgSILENT PowerFactory and Python
