About the role

Product Design team at Weekday crafts intuitive, scalable user experiences for digital products. The Senior Product Design Engineer owns end‑to‑end design for features, conducts research, creates wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity visuals, and collaborates with product, engineering and stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation. Chennai office, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end design for product features including research, wireframes, prototypes and visuals
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align user needs, business goals and technical constraints
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews and data analysis to inform decisions
• Maintain and evolve the product design system and documentation
• Work closely with developers for accurate implementation and handoff

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years product design or UX/UI experience
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong portfolio of end‑to‑end design work
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI or related field
