About the role
Operations team at Marsh Risk India manages insurance policy processes and service delivery. The Senior Process Associate oversees enrolment for 400+ policies, monitors team performance, coordinates with clients, insurers and TPAs, and ensures SLA/TAT compliance while handling invoicing, audits and reporting. Bengaluru, hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Manage enrolment process for 400+ policies
- Monitor team performance and meet objectives
- Coordinate with Client Executive, Insurer and TPA
- Monitor SLA/TAT for endorsements, e‑cards and queries
- Utilize Marsh Internal Portal for client servicing
- Review escalated service requests and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee invoicing for endorsements
- Conduct audits, process reviews and enhancements
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management
- Provide support and guidance to team members
- Conduct trainings, mentor and coach colleagues
- Support renewal processes
What you’ll bring
- 10 years insurance industry experience
- MBA degree
- Domain knowledge in insurance
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
