Senior Analyst, Information Security

About the role

Information Security team at Lowe's India drives the implementation and continuous improvement of security tools and processes. The role leads IAM, security architecture, vulnerability management, and GRC initiatives, mentors junior staff, and presents metrics to leadership. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead implementation and delivery of security tools and processes
• Develop and maintain IAM provisioning, access reviews, and role management
• Execute vulnerability assessments and remediation programs
• Design and enforce security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Analyze security data, track OKRs, and present findings to leadership
• Mentor and serve as escalation point for junior security staff

What you’ll bring

• 4 years experience in information security
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Nice to have

• IT experience in retail industry
• Experience with GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow
• Vulnerability identification and penetration testing tools
• Vulnerability management in cloud environments
• IAM technology implementation (e.g., Sailpoint, OKTA)
• Developing security policies and awareness training
• CISSP certification
• CISM certification
