About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional .NET engineering teams
- Drive platform reliability, resilience and cost efficiency
- Champion proactive monitoring, observability and SLOs
- Promote developer experience through platform adoption
- Embed FinOps practices for data‑driven cost optimisation
- Advocate event‑driven, composable architecture designs
- Foster a DevSecOps culture with Zero Trust principles
- Translate complex technical insights into clear documentation
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading .NET teams in enterprise settings
- Strong background in software development, cloud technologies and modern architecture patterns
- Demonstrated expertise in platform reliability, cost optimisation and security‑first design
- Experience with architectural frameworks and technical documentation standards
