Fund Services Client Integration Senior Specialist

About the role
Client Integration team at Citco enables private equity firms to launch and convert fund structures on Citco's technology platform. The Senior Specialist manages onboarding projects, reviews legal documents, configures fund structures, executes data migration and reconciliation, and drives issue resolution while developing subject‑matter expertise. Maharashtra, India, hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Onboard private equity clients to Citco technology platform
- Review fund legal documents and set up fund structures in system
- Perform data migration including chart of accounts mapping and data upload
- Reconcile financial and investor statements and resolve differences
- Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders
- Contribute to development and testing of Citco technology platforms
- Develop expertise as subject‑matter expert on Citco systems
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics
- CPA or CFA preferred
- 2-3 years private equity experience
- Fund accounting experience a plus
- Project management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
