About the role
The SAP FICO Consultant will analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Material Management modules for Al Ghurair Group. Working closely with ERP Functional Managers, Technical and Basis Consultants, and Business Users, the consultant will deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, functional specification creation, unit and user acceptance testing, and integration with SAP SuccessFactors for payroll. The role demands deep hands‑on experience with SAP ECC (FICO & MM), strong knowledge of GL, AA, VAT, CT concepts, and proven communication skills across cross‑functional teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, with an MBA in Finance or CA preferred, and possess 5–6 years of relevant experience.
