Fund Services PE Supervisor

About the role

Citco’s Private Equity team in Pune, India, delivers award-winning fund administration services for complex alternative asset structures. The Supervisor maintains books and records, calculates Net Asset Values, and prepares financial statements while supervising junior staff. This on-site role serves as a primary client contact and coordinates with Investor Relations to ensure accurate capital activity reporting.

What you’ll do

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values
• Review and prepare financial statements, reports, and performance metrics
• Calculate carried interest, performance fees, and incentive fees
• Prepare calculations for capital calls, distributions, and equalisations
• Supervise junior staff, review work, and sign off on deliverables
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients and fund participants
• Coordinate with Investor Relations to respond to queries and disseminate notices
• Monitor staff progression and assist Assistant Vice President with audit timelines

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or similar)
• 4–5 years’ experience in financial services accounting
• Experience with Private Equity, Asset Management, or Fund Administration
• Proficiency in reviewing general ledger and financial statements
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting and consolidations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• User experience with enterprise accounting systems
• Ability to manage individual responsibilities and work as a team player
