About the role

Technical Manager SSHE at Quest Global leads a team of 15‑20 engineers to develop safety, risk and incident management programs for oil and gas projects. The role drives strategic direction for OIMS, safety management systems, hazard analysis, and root cause investigations while mentoring staff and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Bengaluru, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

Lead a team of 15‑20 engineers in safety and risk initiatives
Develop and implement safety management systems and training programs
Conduct HAZOP, LOPA, and root cause analyses for process safety incidents
Manage OIMS system administration and technical change reviews
Collaborate with functional managers to set SSHE goals and deliverables
Mentor staff, assess performance and guide career development
Oversee project delivery ensuring quality, schedule and budget compliance
Build customer relations through responsive communication

What you’ll bring

12‑18 years of experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical LNG industry
B.E/B.Tech/BS in Chemical, Petroleum, Fire & Safety or Mechanical engineering

Nice to have

CCPSC certification or professional Process Safety certification
NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety
