Senior Systems Analyst - Oracle Finance

F5 is a global cybersecurity leader focused on protecting digital infrastructure. We seek a Senior Systems Analyst with Oracle Finance expertise to support our Employee Experience team. The role involves acting as the subject‑matter expert for Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Financials across EMEA and APJC regions, translating regional financial requirements into scalable, compliant solutions. Responsibilities include full‑cycle configuration, integration with systems such as Coupa and Workday, process optimization, documentation, training, and Tier 2/3 functional support. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with Oracle modules, multi‑currency and regional tax, and a solid grasp of GAAP/IFRS and end‑to‑end finance processes. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required. This hybrid position is based in Hyderabad (SEZ) and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team.

What you’ll do

• SME for Oracle EBS/Cloud Financials modules.
• Partner with EMEA/APJC finance stakeholders.
• Lead full solution lifecycle for Oracle Finance enhancements.
• Optimize processes and ensure compliance.
• Define integration specs with other systems.
• Maintain functional design docs and training materials.
• Provide Tier 2/3 functional support.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as Business Systems Analyst in corporate finance.
• Hands‑on Oracle EBS/Cloud Financials configuration.
• Knowledge of multi‑currency, regional tax, statutory reporting.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS and end‑to‑end finance process understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
