About the role

Mavenir AI Platform team builds cutting‑edge AI services for next‑generation networks, including generative AI, voice AI, and AI gateways. The Senior AI Engineer designs and productionizes GenAI applications, voice AI pipelines, and AI platform capabilities, handling everything from model fine‑tuning to scalable MLOps workflows. Bangalore, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across engineering groups.

What you’ll do

• Design and build production‑ready GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Contribute to AI platform capabilities for safe, governed model deployment
• Develop Voice AI systems including speech translation and real‑time conversational AI
• Fine‑tune and train LLMs and task‑specific models
• Create and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data preparation, training, and monitoring

What you’ll bring

• 3-4 years AI/ML experience
• Strong C/C++ and Python skills
• Hands‑on GenAI/LLM application development
• Experience with ML/LLM frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Building APIs and backend services
• Designing scalable ML pipelines and MLOps
• Voice AI systems (speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech)
• Workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow)
