About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch Sales team drives customer acquisition and loan product delivery across the Delhi NCR region. The Branch Sales Manager leads business development, cultivates referral partners, manages end‑to‑end loan processing, and cross‑sells insurance to loan customers. Based in Noida with an on‑site work model, the role involves cold calling, daily sales calls, and acting as the bridge between customers and the branch.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Identify micro markets and recruit quality referral partners
• Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
• Manage customer journey through sales, process, and product championship
• Activate referral partners for new business
• Provide doorstep service to customers
• Support end‑to‑end loan processing and act as bridge between customers and branch
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• 2+ years retail assets experience in home loans or loan against property
• Exposure to affordable segment preferred
• Proficiency in local language and English
