Procurement Practice Analyst

About the role

Procurement Practice Analyst on Accenture's Procurement team, driving cost savings and operational efficiency for clients through best‑in‑class procure‑to‑pay processes. The role designs, implements and automates procurement workflows, manages PR‑to‑PO cycles, RFQ processes and supplier data, and provides analytics and reporting to stakeholders. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay cycle focusing on PR to PO processing
• Validate purchase requisitions for accuracy, budget compliance and policy adherence
• Prepare and manage RFQ processes, analyze quotations and support vendor selection
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in procurement workflows
• Collaborate with IT and digital transformation teams to deploy procurement tools
• Develop SOPs, process documentation and conduct stakeholder training
• Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance and produce reports for management

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years procurement experience
• Hands‑on with ERP systems such as SAP (MM/Ariba), Oracle, Coupa
• Experience in procurement automation and workflow tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proficiency with procurement analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
