About the role

AI Cloud Engineering team at Solventum builds secure, scalable cloud platforms for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. The role designs, develops, and deploys cloud-native AI workloads, creates CI/CD pipelines, and integrates with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Snowflake, and Power BI. Hybrid work from Bangalore, Karnataka, India with up to 20% domestic travel, focusing on healthcare compliance and responsible AI.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud‑native AI solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production
• Build and manage scalable AI application infrastructure on Azure
• Implement Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI workloads across business functions
• Develop API‑driven integrations with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Snowflake, Power BI
• Collaborate with AI, data, security, and business teams to deliver secure solutions
• Create CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment frameworks, and monitoring for AI workloads
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards
• Document platform standards and contribute to architecture reviews

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-7 years experience
• High School Diploma with 10 years experience
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, Container Apps
• Building enterprise‑scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of RAG, vector search, prompt orchestration, Agentic AI
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
