About the role
RFgen India Private Limited development team builds applications that automate and streamline supply chain processes with mobile data collection and warehouse workflow tools. The Software Engineer will design enhancements, develop ERP integrations, and deliver projects from requirements through deployment while mentoring junior engineers. Hyderabad, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Own defect resolution end-to-end
- Design and build enhancements and projects
- Develop and maintain ERP integrations
- Mentor L1 engineers
- Partner with senior engineers on larger initiatives
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Lead deployments and continuous improvement
- Strengthen documentation and coding standards
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years software development experience
- Strong SQL proficiency with T-SQL or PL/SQL
- Experience with event-driven programming
- ERP integration experience
- Source control using Git or TFVC
- Agile development process
- Strong debugging and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
