About the role

UIX and Mobility - QA team at Exxat builds inclusive digital experiences. The Accessibility Specialist III ensures web and mobile products meet WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA standards, conducting manual and automated evaluations, producing audit reports, and guiding remediation. Works closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA across Pune and Bangalore, on-site, mentoring teams and driving accessibility delivery.

What you’ll do

• Conduct detailed accessibility assessments of web and mobile applications
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA requirements
• Perform manual testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack
• Leverage automated tools like axe DevTools, Lighthouse, WAVE
• Produce audit reports with WCAG mapping and remediation guidance
• Collaborate with design and engineering to embed accessibility early
• Mentor developers, QA engineers, and junior specialists

What you’ll bring

• 9-11 years accessibility testing experience
• Hands‑on web (Angular, React) and mobile (React Native) evaluation
• Mentoring engineers and QA on accessibility practices

Nice to have

• IAAP CPACC certification
• IAAP WAS certification
• IAAP CPWA certification
